Holiday Luncheon on 12/19/2015 @1:15. Please join us for a luncheon & good cheer to toast the holidays & the coming New Year. Our menu will be healthy & simple. We will serve: Salad & vinaigrette dressing, Rice & chicken, Hummus & pita bread, Mac & cheese, Cupcakes & fruits Water & juice pouches
A $10 or $15 donation per family is highly appreciate it.

Hot chocolate & cookies party

Hello AEP families, Our lovely students have been working so hard and earning their rewards. As we promised them, each class will have a hot chocolate and cookies party this Saturday after recess for about 10-15 minutes. Please let know if your student/s have any allergies so I can bring them a different treat!! P.s. Please stop by the office to pay the tuition if you haven't done so already. Thanks so much for all your help and continuous support.

If you are looking for something fun to do to kick start your winter holiday season, the Montrose Christmas Parade is on in Montrose this Saturday as well by La Cresenta. Happy Thanksgiving

Dear AEP families,
I want to begin by thanking you for your continued support and for your encouraging words during my term this year as a director. This program has a welcoming nature and caring side that expressed among our students, parents, teachers and staff members. It’s one of the many reasons that I am happy to lead to a new level of volunteerism excellence. I want our parents to know that our staff members & teachers are working very hard to carry out the mission and vision of our Arabic Program and that the future will continue to be bright. The thanksgiving is just around the corner, and I look forward to this time of preparation and countless God blessing to my family and I. It's also a blessing received each Saturday as I work with you, your children, and the wonderful volunteers at the ADS. Have a safe Turkey Day and please remember to always do your best to incorporate as much Arabic dialogue as possible in your kiddos daily routine.

أريد أن أبدأ بتوجيه الشكر لكم و لدعمكم المتواصل و على كلماتكم المشجعة خلال فترة ولايتي هذه كمديرة. هذا البرنامج يحتوي على طيبة الترحيب والرعاية التي وجدتها بين طلابنا وأولياء الأمور والمعلمين المتطوعين. انها واحدة من العديد من الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى مستوى جديد من العمل التطوعي المتميز. أريد اعلامكم أن الهيئه الأداريه و المعلمين يعملون بجهدا جهيد لتنفيذ المهمة وتوسيع الرؤية لبرنامجنا التي سوف يستمر ليكون مشرق في المستقبل . عيد الشكر آت، و إنني أتطلع إلى هذا الوقت لمذيد من التحضيرات، إنني اشكر الله وعائلتي على كل يوم سبت أعمل معكم وأولادكم والمتطوعين في ال ADS . آمنة منكم اليوم وكل يوم أن تفعلوا دائما قصارى جهدكم لإدراج حوار العربية قدر الإمكان مع أولادكم في الروتين اليومي .

Halloween Costume Parade on 10/31

Don't be scared away! There's a Halloween Costume Parade - All parents are welcome to attend on Saturday, October 31. The schedule is still the same from 11:00 to 2:30. We will have the parade during the lunch break. The parade will start outside in the waiting area and continue upstairs from one classroom to another and than back downstairs to the outside waiting area for the rest of the recess. Any parents in costume are welcome to join and help us hand out candy. We look forward to seeing you. Calendar waiver 2016

Dear AEP parents,
We are currently working on an AEP calendar for the New Year 2016. The calendar will feature pictures of each of the teachers and students attending our program. Proceeds from the calendars' sales will be used to fund program supplies and activities for the kids. The AEP program will also send the calendars to dignitaries, and other ADS chapters for advertising and donation solicitation along with a Thanksgiving greetings from the AEP.
We need your permission to use your kids' pictures in the calendar. Please sign the form with your agreement or disagreement and return it to the office. The form can be downloaded from Rania J. files on the right side of this blog.

Happy Sunday everyone, We are so blessed and grateful to see all our families & students come back the week after week to our AEP. We are looking forward to the great year ahead and with your help and support we can ensure our students' success. I personally would like to apologize for the situation with our sanitation department and trash pick up. Unfortunately, the dumpster was not emptied and trash was not picked up. We will make sure the area is cleaned and sanitize by next Saturday. The indoor and classrooms areas will also be attended to on weekly bases. Classes in session 10/3

Dear AEP families,

We hope you all had a restful day off last Saturday. The ADS thanks you for your understanding in canceling classes due to our Adha preparation.
A friendly reminder, the October tuition is due on this Saturday 10/3. If your kiddos picked up their books please pay as well if you haven't done so already.
We have 8 more payments from October to May due on each of the first Saturday of the month. I apologize in advance for sending you this reminder if you have already paid the full year and/or the quarterly tuition. Please disregard.
